In the past, she worked for well-known international companies as Vice President Cloud Sales and VP Business Development and also taught CRM and customer loyalty as a lecturer at the DHBW in Karlsruhe.

Dr. Friedrich-Carl Schaefer, CEO and founder of CleverGuides GmbH in Karlsruhe, Germany, obtained his PhD in Physics at the University of Karlsruhe (KIT). The entrepreneur and scientist consults companies about the introduction of new concepts for e-business and online marketing. His focus is on web-based advisor technologies for automated buying processes and lead generation in B2B commerce. The physicist is a pioneer in Guided Selling Technology and a key player in its development. His current research fields are in humanoid robotics and AI.

At Specops Software he is responsible as Sales Manager for the DACH region to support IT departments and IT professionals with solutions that increase password security in their organization and make it user-friendly.  Mr. Huber holds a Master of Science (M.
